Saudi Aramco Honors Maromix for Its Contribution to the Enhancement of Udhailiyah Residential Community

In a gesture that reflects the spirit of partnership and recognition of excellence, Saudi Aramco has honored Maromix for its outstanding contribution to the enhancement and refurbishment of residential sites within the Udhailiyah Residential Community.

The award ceremony took place at Aramco’s Udhailiyah office, where Engineer Amr Mohammed Khaled, Maromix’s Project Manager in the residential community, received a Certificate of Appreciation from Mr. Saeed M. Ghamdi, Manager of Udhailiyah Community Services Division, in recognition of his exceptional leadership and dedication in delivering the projects according to Aramco’s highest standards.

Key Completed Projects:
38 villas in the Management Houses neighborhood – fully executed and delivered.
70 apartments in the Al-Waha neighborhood – fully executed and delivered.
12 apartments in The Heights neighborhood – fully executed and delivered.
2 houses in the Town Houses neighborhood – completed and handed over.
15 houses in the Town Houses neighborhood – currently under execution.

Approved Model Units:
Model apartment in Al-Waha – approved; expected to be followed by 70 similar units.
Model apartment in The Heights – approved; 36 similar units planned for execution.

Scope of Work Executed by Maromix:

Maromix was responsible for delivering fully integrated furnishing solutions that included:
Bedrooms: Beds, mattresses, linens, wardrobes, and dressing tables.
Living areas: Sofas, TV units, coffee and side tables, study desks, and office chairs.
Kitchens and vanities.
Interior wall cladding and finishes.

Certificate of Appreciation
As stated in the certificate presented to Engineer Amr Mohammed Khaled:
“In recognition of his outstanding and valuable contribution during the enhancement of Residential Unit, Udhailiyah. Your dedication and hard work are truly appreciated.”
