This contract includes the design, fabrication and installation of 1900 hanging vanities with single and double bowls using Maromix solid surface. All vanities were installed in Sipchem’s villas in their Home Ownership Housing Project for Sipchem’s senior staff in Jubail.

This contract was awarded to Maromix 3 months after the vanities contract. It includes the design, fabrication and installation of 3400 various sizes of Closets using Komandor, all European components. Closets were installed in Sipchem’s villas in their Home Ownership Housing Project for Sipchem’s senior staff in Jubail.
Dareen Marina Project, Jubail
Status: Completed
Design, fabricate and install more than 450 kitchens and wardrobes for the apartments of the first residential tower at the Dareen Marina Project in Jubail.
Al-Turki Residence, Turki Tower, Near Dhahran Mall
Status: Completed
Fabricate and install high-end wardrobes, TV stands and other products for their furnished apartments in their Residence Project behind Al Turki Tower by Dhahran mall.
Aramco King Abdulaziz International Cultural Center

Design, fabricate and install VIP vanities at Aramco – King AbdulAziz International Cultural Center building in Dhahran in preparation for the Arab Summit.

Riyad Bank — Diamond

Fabricate an “Entertainment Theatre” for Riyad Bank’s customers in several Diamond Banking Branches in The Eastern Province.
Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital

Fabricate and install vanities and counters of various designs at the new Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital, project being constructed at the intersection of King AbdulAziz Road and Prince Salman Road in the city of Khobar.
Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital vanities for medical staff
Status: Completed
Design, manufacturer, and install 450 specially designed vanities for the medical staff apartments within the Al Habib Hospital Complex in Khobar, Eastern Province.
Saudi German Hospital, Dammam
Status: Completed
Manufacture and install all of the Counters for the Saudi German Hospital in Dammam, the Eastern Region. That include counters for various departments of the hospital as well as the outpatient clinics and vanities. The required quantities exceed one kilometer long of Solid Surface “TriStone” made for this application.
APICORP Housing,
Status: Completed
Design, Fabricate and install 60 new kitchens after the removal of old kitchens in its residential complex in Al-Raka neighborhood, adjacent to the company’s offices. All done while residents are living in the apartments!
Renovation of Abqaiq Al Farha Bachelor Camp. (1st and 2nd Batch)
Status: Completed
Designed, Fabricated, and installed the 1st Batch, which included 32 rooms. We also completed the 2nd batch of 62 furnished rooms for the Al Farha Community. It Each room includes a Headboard, a Two-Seater Sofa Chair, a Nightstand, a Desk, a TV and Coffee Table.
Renovate Saudi Aramco Sponsored Schools
Status: Completed
Fabricate and install many new counters and basins for Aramco’s Government Schools located in the Eastern Province using Maromix Solid Surface and bowls.
SABIC Jubail Al-Mutrafiah Housing Project
Status: Completed
Design, manufacture and install 532 kitchens and 1,200 vanities for SABIC in its massive residential housing project. This part of SABIC’s employees’ ownership program in Mutrafiah Area in Jubail Industrial City.
Red Sea International Co Project.
Status: Completed
Design , manufacture and supply three types of furniture items for 120 housing units needed for the new City of Neom ( total 360 units). They include closets, vanities, and dressers. The entire project must be done in less than 21 days from start to finish.
Aramco Al Munirah Renovation Project
Status: Completed
Design fabricated and installed 90 complete furnishing Rooms including kitchens with integrated dining table, tv stands, closets, study desks with chairs, bed headboards, nightstands, sofa sets with armchairs, bathroom vanities and a set of art paintings.
