The upgraded housing complex now accommodates all 50 carpenters, machine operators, and skilled craftsmen, providing modern, well-designed living conditions that support both comfort and productivity.
To cater to the diverse cultural backgrounds of our workforce, the facility includes eight fully equipped kitchens, along with dedicated dining areas.
All rooms are designed and furnished for high comfort and privacy. The accommodation provides sufficient showers and bathrooms for convenient, quick access at all times.
The complex also features a dedicated clothing cleaning and laundry area, furnished with the necessary machines to serve residents efficiently.
For relaxation and well-being, the housing offers a spacious outdoor area designed for recreation and social interaction after working hours.
Furthermore, several rooms have been allocated to accommodate guests and visiting engineers when required, enhancing operational flexibility and hospitality standards.
Strategically located, the accommodation is only 10–15 minutes walking distance from Maromix’s production plant, or approximately 4 minutes by car, ensuring easy and reliable daily access for employees.
