As part of our ongoing commitment to our employees’ welfare, Maromix is proud to announce the upgrade and furnishing of its staff housing at the Second Industrial Area in Dammam.
The new facility has been designed by an approved design office and fully reviewed and endorsed by MODON to meet all safety and regulatory requirements. On Sunday, August 31, 2025, Maromix officially signed the construction contract, and work is now well underway — with completion expected in time for our employees to move in by December of this year.
It features enhanced safety systems, modern living spaces, and upgraded amenities—creating a supportive environment where employees thrive. Located minutes from our main plant, the housing is designed for maximum comfort, convenience, and well-being.
